By what method would I be able to make indicative appraisals for two diverse English classes with the same understudies in each? I’m a shiny new English educator (I was just enlisted last Thursday, school began this past Thursday, and I’m crisp out of graduate school). I was appointed an eleventh grade ELA officials class and two eleventh grade American Lit in History classes (intended to set them up for both the US and English officials). Essentially, I’m attempting to make analytic appraisals for my classes, yet I’m experiencing considerable difficulties I can’t do likewise evaluation in both classes. The reason being that I see a large portion of my eleventh grade ELA kids in my American Lit classes and I would prefer not to give them the same assignments twice. The initial two days of school were for the most part spent on ice breakers, yet now I’m truly stuck on demonstrative stuff. I would prefer not to go into US history stuff with my American Lit class, as I would prefer not to venture on the toes of my US instructor. Does that bode well? I realize that first year instructors are normally insane and overpowered, however I feel particularly crazed due to how little time I needed to get ready for these urgent first days of school. Help!
