Classroom environment
The physical arrangement of the classroom can impact student academic and behavioral performance and should be structured to support instructional and behavioral expectations (Newcomer, nd). The set up of a classroom is very important to how students learn, arranging the room so that everyone can be seen is very beneficial. The arrangement of desks, learning centers, computers, materials and storage areas should be aligned to support the schedule of daily activates and to facilitate smooth transitions (Newcomer, nd). All students will be seated in a way that benefits their learning ability. Girls, boys, gifted students, and students with other needs will be put in accordance to areas that encourage the whole classroom.
